Tech services provider advances into Yorkshire with latest acquisition

SME cloud services provider and digital transformation accelerator, Babble, has acquired Wakefield-based independent technology provider Yorkshire Telecom and its subsidiary Biscuit IT.
It as also bought Basildon-based mobile services provider ADSI.
Babble has completed 19 transactions since 2018, with nine in 2020 and four already this year.
Yorkshire Telecom and Biscuit IT serve 390 customers across the North of England in a range of sectors.
Their expertise matches Babble’s Comms and Cyber offerings and their existing customer base of mid-size, growing companies is also positioned to benefit from Babble’s more extensive offering.
All staff members from both acquisitions will join the Babble team, with Phill Burke, Yorkshire Telecom managing director, and Adrian Spreadborough, ADSI CEO, remaining in a consultancy capacity to ensure a smooth transition.
