Medical centre bought for £14.1m
QUOTED company Primary Health Properties has acquired a medical centre in Rotherham for £14.1m.
PHP, headquartered in Woking, has bought the purpose-built centre through a subsidiary.
The property is wholly let to Rotherham Primary Care Trust with 16 years remaining on the lease.
PHP is one of the UK’s largest providers of modern primary healthcare facilities.
It specialises in the ownership of freehold or long leasehold interests in healthcare facilities, many of which are leased to GPs and other healthcare users.
