Eversheds makes key pensions appointment

LEEDS law firm Eversheds has strengthened its team with the appointment of new head of pensions, Terry Saeedi.
Ms Saeedi will join the firm from Hammonds, where she headed up the team in Leeds, in the New Year.
She specialises in all aspects of pensions law affecting trustees and sponsors and has particular expertise in the ESPS and the utilities sector, industry wide and sectionalised schemes and funding and investment. She also brings valuable experience in pensions aspects of mergers and acquisitions.
