Ginsters hungry for expansion at northern depot

NATIONAL cornish pasty and sandwich manufacturer Ginsters has expanded its northern depot after relocating to new and larger premises at a West Yorkshire industrial estate.

Ginsters, a trading division of national food manufacturer Samworth Brothers, has doubled the size of its northern depot and acquired a 5,500 sq ft warehouse/industrial unit on a 10 year lease at Eurolink Industrial Estate in Normanton.

Eurolink Industrial Estate, which is owned and managed by Peloton Properties, forms part of Normanton Industrial Estate.

Paul Mack, DTZ’s head of the Yorkshire industrial and logistics team who negotiated the deal, said: “Eurolink Industrial Estate provides a modern and secure industrial estate in a prime location within the region. The presentation and quality of the estate / units together with the direct access on to the national motorway network provided the perfect fit for Ginsters and we are delighted to land such a household name.”
