New businesses fill up city centre space

DIGITAL marketing agency Stickeyes is among the new businesses to move into the fully let 100 Wellington Street building at West One.
Bought by property group, Bruntwood, in 2012, the company recently invested £1.6m in refurbishing the 34,000 sq ft building.
Stickeyes has taken 11,800 sq ft and are joining new additions to 100 Wellington Street, Speedflex and The Space People. The new Speedflex Leeds centre will offer group fitness while delivering a personalised training programme. The firm operates existing centres in London, Newcastle and the US. The Space People, a multi-channel brand agency, has relocated its Yorkshire office from Bramham near Wetherby.
Craig Burrow, director at Bruntwood, said: “We are continuing to develop our offer in Leeds and the success of 100 Wellington Street is a great example of what we want to achieve through collaboration with our customers.”
