A PRIME industrial unit in West Yorkshire has hit the market with a price tag of £3.25m.

The Leeds office of chartered surveyors Eddisons is handling the sale of Birstall 140 at Birstall Retail Park.

The freehold site on Holden Ing Way comprises warehouse/industrial unit incorporating office space extending to over 140,000 sq ft on a site area of around six acres.

John Padgett, head of agency at Eddisons, says: “The take-up of existing stock has resulted in a significant fall in supply levels across Yorkshire, whilst at the same time we are seeing much improved enquiry levels.

“Occupiers are encountering limited choice especially in Leeds and along the M62 corridor so, when you also factor in the desirability of the location, we anticipate high levels of interest.”
