Ford & Warren managing partner appointed as Primerus chairman

THE international alliance of top-rated independent law firms Primerus has appointed the managing partner of Leeds-based law firm Ford & Warren as its chairman.
Keith Hearn, who is also chairman of the International Board of Governors and chairman of the International Business Law Institute, said: “Primerus allows clients to recognise that smaller firms can offer just as much expertise and customer-service as the world’s leading firms but without their huge price tag. Value for money legal services is something both Primerus and Ford & Warren are passionate about.”
“Working with Primerus gives us the chance to develop our practice in areas where our offering is currently quite small. Primerus helps by providing opportunities which would not normally present themselves to us. We get exposure to work-types we may not ordinarily see by being the UK reference point for our international Primerus colleagues.”
There are currently 1,500 lawyers across the globe working to the Primerus common standard.
As a recognised firm in the UK, Ford & Warren has seen referrals coming in from as far a field as Europe, Mexico, USA and the Far East.
