Property portfolio worth £14.5m offloaded

REAL estate firm Suon Industrials has disposed of commercial property worth £14.5m, aided by CPP and hlw Keeble Hawson.

The properties are located across Yorkshire, the East Midlands and North East, totalling 260,000 sq ft.

Roger Haworth, partner at CPP, who acted on the sale of the properties to Network Space, commented: “We received strong interest in the portfolio which is testament to the quality of the properties and the high calibre tenants.”

Richard Smith, partner at hlw Keeble Hawson, said: “As a firm we are continuing to experience a surge of property and commercial deals.

“We’ve previously acted for Suon on a number of transactions and the company’s latest raft of acquisitions and sales reinforces the continued momentum in the market.”

hlw Keeble Hawson is ranked in the top 10 of Experian’s table of the most active advisers in Yorkshire’s mergers and acquisitions market in 2013 and 2014.
