Accountancy firm makes an acquisition to strengthen mid-market offering

ACCOUNTANCY company Hentons have bought up Rawlinsons Chartered Accountants.
With around 60 employees, the acquisition of Rawlinsons will bolster Hentons SME credentials.
The deal, for an undisclosed sum, will see Hentons associate partner Pav Bagri will work with Rawlinsons principal Richard Hayter to lead the new client portfolio.
The existing team from Rawlinsons will also join Hentons, which has offices in Leeds and Sheffield.
