£750,000 share sale at Town Centre Securities

NON-EXECUTIVE director at Town Centre Securities Michael Ziff has offload £750,000 worth of shares in the company.

Mr Ziff sold 250,000 shares last week at 302.4p per share.

Following the sale, he holds 2,636,513, or 4.96% of the company.

His non beneficial holding is 12,322,675 shares comprising 23.18%

Mr Ziff was appointed as non-executive of the company in 2004, and is the brother of chairman and TCS chief executive Edward.

Last month developers TCS started on a £41m investment in its Merrion House site.

In February, TCS announced that net revenues increased from £8.8m to £9.4m and announced underlying pre-tax profits of £3.5m in the second half of 2015, up from £3.4m for the six months to 31 December 2014.

At Card Factory,  chairman Geoff Cooper has sold £329,998 worth of shares (146,666, at 225p each).

He retains 293,332 ordinary shares of £0.01 each.
