2. Leeds Comedy Festival
Location: The Wardrobe, The HIFI club and Milos, Central Leeds
Date: Saturday 4th June – Saturday 11th June
The second annual Leeds Comedy Festival will run from this Saturday to next across three venues in the centre of Leeds.
There will be 29 shows in total during the festival, with more than 50 comedians taking to the stage. Among them will be Phill Jupitus, Richard Herring, Stephen K Amos, Hardeep Singh Kohli and Milton Jones.

3. Wadsley Festival
Location: Wadsley church
Date: 10am – 5pm Friday 3rd June – Sunday 5th June
The daytime programme on Saturday and Sunday will involve live music, food, ballet, contemporary dance, poetry, spoken word, local history talks, an art exhibition, amateur photo competition, craft stalls, interactive demonstrations and workshops, a pop up cinema, street drumming, Bollywood workshop and fairground games.

4. Scarborough Tattoo Convention
Location: Scarborough Spa Conference Venue
Date: 10:30am – 6:30pm Saturday 4th June – Sunday 5th June
Scarborough’s first tattoo show is to take place this weekend with over 50 award-winning artists ready to turn your skin into art.
There will be competitions, entertainment, vendor and food stalls along with sun, sea and tattoos from the UK’s most talented tattooists. For those of you who aren’t looking to be inked, there will be stalls selling jewellery, art and clothes and live entertainment on the main stage and in the Sun Court.
