Trio of deals for Leeds business parks

THREE deals have been secured at two Leeds business parks which underwent a refurbishment programme earlier this year.
Unit D at Latchmore Park is 51,555 sq ft and has been let to Rexel UK, and Unit C is 20,000 sq ft and is now Interlink Express’ new Leeds parcel hub.
Meanwhile, the 4,550 sq ft Unit 4 Stadium Way is to be occupied by electrical wholesaler Eyre and Elliston.
Earlier in the year London-based Eskmuir Properties carried out a refurbishment programme ensuring all of its properties at both Leeds business parks were modernised.
JLL and Carter Towler handled the deals.
Carter Towler associate director Josh Holmes said: “Eskmuir has done a great job revitalising their properties; they are now in great condition and as a direct result of the upgrades, attracted a good level of interest.”
Tom Asher from JLL’s industrial and logistics team added: “We are really pleased with the tenants that have been secured for our client and with how smoothly the deals have been concluded. Particularly with Unit C at Latchmore Park where we were able to sequence the exit of one tenant with the arrival of a new one – the premises weren’t empty even for one day.”
