Gym makeover costs £200,000

£200,000 HAS been invested in a Horsforth gym.
The Trinity Fitness gym at Leeds Trinity University has invested in new equipment and technologies.
The new-look gym will open on 7 January.
Treadmills, bikes and cross-trainers, as well as a new specialist Watt bike, have been fitted in the gym, and the team have revised their programme of classes to suit their members.
“The gym really is open to everyone,” said Sarah Studds, sports facilities manager at Trinity Fitness.
“We’ve taken great care in planning the facility to suit anyone, wherever they are on their fitness journey. Lots of our gym members are first-time gym members, and as such it’s vital that the equipment is easy to use.
“The one thing that sets Trinity Fitness apart is the friendly, knowledgeable instructors. A member journey is included with all memberships, and the team are always on hand to support your individual fitness goals.”
Trinity Fitness also offers other sporting facilities including a 3G AstroTurf pitch; rugby and football pitches; athletics track; tennis, badminton and squash courts; and more.
