White Young Green directors incentivised

THE chief executive and finance director of Yorkshire consultancy group White Young Green have been incentivised to double the group’s share price over the next three years.

The Leeds-based engineering and design consultancy has said chief executive Paul Hamer will receive 500,000 shares in the company while finance director and company secretary David Wilton, who joined from Adler & Allan in Harrogate earlier this year, will receive 400,000 shares under its long term incentive plan.

Both executives will receive the shares, which currently stand at 30p, if they reach a price of 60p in three years time.

Mr Hamer joined the Headingley company in May last year from defence and support services business VT Group.

Mr Hamer currently holds 63,000 shares in WYG while Mr Wilton has 75,000.
