Seven up for Atisreal

COMMERCIAL property services provider Atisreal has made seven new appointments in its Yorkshire offices.
Two of the appointments mark the creation of a new investment team for the region. Miles Youdan joins as head of investment and Nick Brearley joins as a
surveyor and will be based in both the Sheffield and Leeds offices.
Both join Atisreal from Donaldsons. Miles Youdan said; “I'm extremely confident about the prospects for the investment team, as well as the opportunities
offered in the Leeds office, Nick's role will allow us to provide investment agency in Sheffield to support and enhance the well established occupational agency
teams in all the Yorkshire offices.”
Atisreal's professional services division has also been bolstered with three appointments also from Donaldsons. Francis Brown heads up the team as director of
professional services overseeing a new valuations team including director Martin Foster and senior surveyor, Lloyd Nicholson. Lindsay Carratt also joins the
Leeds office as secretary to both teams.
Francis Brown commented: “Our aim is to be regarded as the best team in the Leeds market!”
Colin Roberts also joins Atisreal Leeds as associate director in the corporate real estate team. Colin, who most recently worked for Storeys:ssp and has more than 25 years experience in the Yorkshire commercial property sector, will be undertaking corporate transactions management for corporate real estate clients, namely Barclays.
Steve Macey, interim head of Atisreal's Leeds office concluded: “I'm delighted to welcome all the new members of staff. I'm confident that their additional skills
and expertise will enable us to take the office forward in 2008.”
