Surveyors promote five

PROPERTY consultancy Knight Frank has promoted five staff at its Leeds office.

Owen Holder and Leigh Parsons have become partners, while David Burns and Philip Speight have been promoted as associates.

Holder, who specialises in industrial property, joined Knight Frank from DTZ in 2004, as did Parsons, who heads up the hotels division in the north of England.

Burns joined the firm's building consultancy department in 2006 from AtisReal in London while Speight arrived at Knight Frank earlier this year from Lambert Smith Hampton to join the Property Asset Management department.

Anne Haggas has been appointed head of new homes sales for leading property consultancy Knight Frank's Northern region.

Haggas became a partner with Knight Frank in 2005. Overseeing the five new homes sales offices which make up Knight Frank's Northern region – Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool, Sheffield and Newcastle – Haggas is now responsible for ensuring all sales departments achieve their full potential.

During her career, with Knight Frank, she has been responsible for achieving investment sales in excess of £150m. Her current role will see her continue these investment deals.
