McCormicks score yet again
HARROGATE-based McCormicks Solicitors has been appointed as legal advisers to Yorkshire County Cricket Club.
McCormicks has a long-established reputation as one of the leading sports law firms in the UK and beyond.
Clients include the Premier League, Leeds United FC, and high profile sporting individuals including a Formula 1 driver and former racing trainer Jenny Pitman.
Senior partner Peter McCormick is chairman of the Legal Advisory Group of the Premier League, a Trustee of the Football Foundation and a director of the Football Stadia Improvement Fund.
He and partner Neil Goodrum are both members of Sport Resolutions UK, the independent dispute resolution service for sport in the United Kingdom.
Zoe Warn, a fellow member of the practice’s sport team, is former club secretary of Fulham FC and assistant secretary of the Premier League.
