Directors appointed at GVA Grimley

PROPERTY consultancy GVA Grimley has appointed two new directors to its Leeds office.

GVA Grimley has expanded its property management consultancy with the senior appointment of director Andrew Thorlby and strengthened its corporate recovery team with the promotion of Andrew Foster to director.

Joining from DTZ, Andrew Thorlby has more than 15 years of industry experience.

During his career, Mr Thorlby has provided property advice to organisations including Aviva, Pizza Hut and the Home Office.

At GVA Grimley, he will be responsible for the growth of its property management consultancy’s corporate service offering, not only in Leeds but across the firm’s network of offices.

Mr Thorlby said: “GVA Grimley has a strong reputation for delivering the full range of professional services to clients from not only its Leeds office, but also nationally.

“We have firm plans to build on this and further develop GVA Grimley’s existing corporate occupier client base.”

Mr Foster has worked within GVA Grimley’s Leeds office for the past two years as an associate within the corporate recovery team.

Following his promotion, which now takes the number of directors in Leeds to 11, Mr Foster will focus on growing the offer and the reputation of GVA Grimley across the Yorkshire region and on a national level.
