Lettings rush at Pannal Business Park

FOUR new firms have moved into the the Pannal Business Park in as many weeks.

The Harrogate site has seen 11,615 sq ft of office space let at the former factory premises in Harrogate since the start of the year.

Gidon Amar, from industrial property agent Gent Visick, said: “It really has been a spectacular start to the year.

“Pannal Business Park’s popularity is growing significantly, and it is attracting a wide range of businesses looking to either start up or relocate.”

The four newest firms to the site on the southern edge of the town are Leada Engineering, Stonevale, JSAV and Clean Energy occupying a mixture of workshops, offices and warehouse space.

Mr Amar added: ““This month  we will be welcoming more businesses to the site, which is not only good news for Pannal Business Park, but for the local economy too.”
