BRITANNIA Developments, the Leeds-based house builder, is looking ahead to a new stage of expansion with the appointment of David Firth as managing director.
Mr Firth joined Britannia in 1987 and was previously financial director.
Britannia is currently building at seven locations across the region and has acquired land for the launch of more new developments later this year.
“Although Britannia is now a major regional developer, the company has kept strong links to its family roots with a management team that has been an integral part of the operation for many years,” said Mr Firth.
“Those links have enabled Britannia to maintain a more personalised, quality-led approach which stays true to the company’s original strengths and values.”
Since the company’s foundation in 1980, Britannia has built throughout Yorkshire and completed more than 5,000 units in total.
