TAB appoints former RBS senior executive

A FORMER head of business banking at RBS Group, Jason Oakley, has joined the UK Advisory Board of The Alternative Board (TAB), the peer support and business coaching organisation.

Before leafing RBS Group in 2007 to join Close Bros as a consultant, Jason was also chief executive of Hanco, an RBS subsidiary, which was the UK’s largest deployer of independent ATMs.

Announcing his new appointment, the chairman of TAB UK, Martin Allison, said: “Having worked with Jason at RBS, I am delighted that he is able to join our advisory board, where his experience will be invaluable.”

Jason Oakley added: “The TAB model is very strong and I am looking forward to supporting Martin and his team in helping family-owned businesses to thrive.”
