Property executive on move

ONE OF the region's most successful commercial property executives is to start a new venture.
Ian Barraclough, who led the development of Bridgewater Place in Leeds, is to leave St James Securities in March.
It is understood that Mr Barraclough, managing director of the Leeds-based developer, is launching the venture with fellow St James Securities directors Robert Firth and Freddie Coupe.
Mr Barraclough said he would announce details of the new venture in the near future.
St James Securities has worked on projects including Granary Wharf, Wellington Place and the Round Foundry, all in Leeds, and St Paul's Place in Sheffield.
