Massive prize for Yorkshire firms with international vision

TRILLIONS of dollars of investment by overseas governments in response to the economic downturn will provide Yorkshire firms with fantastic growth opportunities, say international trade experts.

The latest specialist seminar held by TheBusinessDesk.com – International Trade: Overseas Opportunities for Yorkshire Businesses, held in association with 3 Albion Place, saw an audience of more than 50 representatives from firms across the region hear from experts about how they can expand their trading horizons.

Dr Andrew Hinton, a specialist from UK Trade & Investment, highlighted the specific investment being made by the governments of China and Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia and the USA to stimulate growth in their economies.

Delegates heard that this would add up to trillions of dollars and cover sectors ranging from construction to technology, transport and green energy initiatives.
