Property professionals launch AspinallVerdi
TWO development consultancy professionals have established a new property regeneration consultancy business.
Atam Verdi and Ben Aspinall have launched AspinallVerdi, which focuses on the provision of integrated property development, regeneration, and town planning consultancy services to support both public and private sector clients.
The pair, who have a combined 30 years of experience working on high profile projects across the country including Newcastle Science Central, Robin Hood Airport and Holbeck Urban Village, have formed a specialist practice of chartered surveyors and town planners.
The pair said AspinallVerdi had already secured a number of instructions from both private developers and local authorities and is looking to expand.
Mr Verdi said: “We have identified a gap in the market for a niche property regeneration practice based in the North.
“We are one of only a few niche firms of Chartered Surveyors across the country that have such an extensive involvement in the regeneration sector and that can offer regeneration, development and commercial planning services.”
Fellow director Mr Aspinall said: “It is an exciting time to establish a business in the regeneration sector. We are delighted with the support that we have received from within the industry and we are committed to providing high quality, robust advice to all our clients.”
