Firm moves to York business park

FINANCIAL recovery firm Dickinson & Co has taken space at a newly developed business park in York.

Acting on behalf of Benenden Healthcare, DTZ and Lawrence Hannah advised on the letting of office space at Holgate Court.

Dickinson & Co has taken the ground floor of unit 2 which comprises 2,090 sq ft on a five year lease with a three year break, at a rent equivalent to £12.50 per sq ft.

Holgate Court is situated within Holgate Park on the outskirts of York city centre.

Following the letting, one office suite of 2,080 sq ft remains.
