New Leeds HQ for tech company

Healthtech firm TPP has opened its new head office in Horsforth.
The specialist software firm invited the Duke of York, who was doing the rounds in the region, to open the site.
TPP is currently looking to hire graduates across the UK to fill 400 vacancies, and the growing company is looking to expand its software innovations to markets across the world, including China and the Middle East.
The Duke said: “I’ve really enjoyed learning more about TPP and meeting the staff and local partners. This is what the United Kingdom is looking for: highly educated, highly motivated people who are delivering a product that is going to change people’s lives and have a positive impact on healthcare both in the UK and internationally. This is what has made TPP so successful and I am sure this success will continue.”
Frank Hester OBE, Founder and CEO, TPP, said: “It was an honour to have His Royal Highness the Duke of York officially open our office today. Over the last 20 years, the company has grown substantially and we are now transferring our expertise in healthcare IT to governments and organisations across the world.
“Even though we have experienced such international success, the company continues to be managed centrally from our headquarters in Horsforth. We continue to work with trusted local partners and invest in local charitable causes.
“ We also maintain our belief in developing and utilising UK expertise to deliver our solutions worldwide. I’m proud that His Royal Highness has recognised our commitment to providing skilled jobs to the region and it was a pleasure to update him on our work over the past few years.”
