Trio become shareholders in property firm

A trio of the management team at Sanderson Weatherall have become shareholding partners.

Christian Humphreys, Matthew Lawrence and Mark Sheridan have been given shares in the independently-owned firm, bringing total shareholder numbers to 28.

Matthew Lawrence, has been head of property management at the firm for 15 years, and

Martin Archer, finance director at Sanderson Weatherall (pictured above) said: “I am delighted to welcome Christian, Matthew and Mark on board as shareholders of the firm. Their contribution to the firm’s success to date has been substantial, and I have no doubt they will continue to be key influencers of our future business strategy and growth as a national property firm.”

Sanderson Weatherall employs over 200 staff and has a turnover of £15m. The firm of Chartered Surveyors, property consultants and business asset advisors has offices in Birmingham, Bristol, Exeter, Leeds, London, Manchester, Newcastle, Teesside and York.
