Jet2.com launches major recruitment drive to fill 1,700 roles
Leeds-based cut-price airline Jet2.com has launched a nationwide recruitment drive that is seeking to fill about 1,700 pilot, cabin crew and ground operations roles.
The announcement comes on the back of a recruitment campaign for the summer, which includes flights from new bases Birmingham and London Stansted.
In total Jet2.com is increasing its 2018 capacity to 9.8m seats, more than 1m seats than this year.
To support the drive, the company is hosting a recruitment roadshow in Radison Blu Hotel at Manchester Airport on Thursday, August 31 and at Hilton Birmingham Metropole at the NEC on Wednesday September 6.
