People: Bank hires two SME specialists; Host of promotions at property firm; and more

Liam Douglas, Craig Gray and Paul McCarron.

Liam Douglas and Paul McCarron have been appointed as senior relationship managers, commerical banking at NatWest.

They will both be focused on managing a portfolio of large SME businesses across South Yorkshire and will be based at NatWest’s offices in St Paul’s Place Sheffield.

Douglas has moved into the role from Williams & Glyn, and McCarron has been working for NatWest as part of the bank’s business team supporting smaller SMEs.

Both have several years experience supporting a range of businesses in South Yorkshire.

Craig Gray, director of commercial banking at NatWest, said: “I am delighted that we are able to continue to support our local growth plans with two excellent appointments of these experienced, high quality individuals.”

Cushman & Wakefield has promoted seven staff at its Leeds office.

Keith Hardman, head of the Leeds office has been promoted to international partner whilst Brad Johnson (Energy, Infrastructure & Sustainability), Emma Bainbridge (Public Sector Advisory) and Robert Chelton (Global Technology Services) have been promoted to associate level.

Matt Turner and Simon Taylor (both Valuation & Advisory) and Tom Pollard (Project Management & Consultancy) have all been promoted to senior surveyor level.
