Glazing manufacturer cuts seven-figure deal

Manufacturer and installer of architectural glazing, Allied Glazing Systems, has been acquired in a seven-figure deal.

The Sheffield headquartered multi-million-pound turnover company manufactures, fits and maintains a range of glazing products including commercial facades, windows and doors.

The Management Buy-In team consisting of Shaun Joyce and Philip Goy have taken on the business from the vendors, who have retired.

Joyce said: “Allied Glazing Systems has an excellent reputation in the market. Philip and I are looking forward to building on the firm foundations that have been in place for many years and are confident the business will go from strength to strength.

BHP Corporate Finance (Hamish Morrison and Will Holmes) advised the team. Holmes added: “Shaun and Philip are exceptional operators, their breadth of expertise and experience will allow them to carry on growing the business within the Yorkshire region and beyond.”
