Saviour House move for Mott MacDonald

MANAGEMENT, engineering and development consultancy Mott MacDonald has taken space at Saviour House in York.

The firm will occupy the second floor of the building, which comprises 5,862 sq ft of modern office accommodation, after relocating from its existing offices in the city.

Eamon Fox, associate director of DTZ’s office agency in Leeds, acting for Mott MacDonald, said: “Centrally located office accommodation in York is in short supply, so this is a superb opportunity to be right in the heart of vibrant York.

“The city’s reputation as a centre for the UK’s rail industry makes it an attractive destination for professional services firms such as Mott MacDonald, which is involved in the sector.”

Alex Hyams of landlord Highcross added: “Mott MacDonald’s decision to choose Saviour House as its  base in York highlights the attraction of the building’s location in the city centre, as well as the high quality specification and finishes delivered through our recent refurbishment.”

CBRE acted on behalf of Highcross.
