Acquisitive business solutions group makes raft of deals

Wakefield headquartered Complete Business Solutions Group Holdings has acquired OfficeGold, Simply Outsourced and Anglo Office Group, taking the group’s turnover above £100m.

OfficeGold, which is Guildford based, is an £11m turnover business supplies and services company providing value-added business/managed services, including food and beverages.

Complete also acquired Simply Outsourced, an IT and Technical services company based in Cambridgeshire with a turnover of £6m, from joint founders and directors David Chicken and Clive Moseley.

The acquisitive firm has also acquired London based Anglo Office Group, a provider of managed services in London with a turnover of £8m. Complete also concluded an investment from Abercross Holdings in late December 2017 to help expedite their strategic plan to build a national business services company over the next five years.
