NHS takes nearly 30,000 sq ft of space in single office letting
The NHS has taken a 10 year lease over 28,945 sq ft at Scorex House, in the city centre of Bradford.
The letting, thought to be the biggest single office letting Bradford for a number of years, will be occupied by NHS Bradford Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG), which has taken a lease over 87% of the building.
The office, on Bolton Road, also house Switalsikis Solicitors.
