Agent appointed to manage £3m business park

PPH Commercial has been appointed to manage a new £3m business park in Hull.

The Ideal Business Park has enjoyed significant investment from its owners, the Lightowler facilities management group, during the last 12 months.

Since buying the land from Ideal Standard, Lightowler’s seven-figure investment has transformed the site.

Extending to just over one acre and offering 27,500 sq ft of space, the site comprises office space combined with fully-fitted kitchens, warehousing, workshop and storage facilities.

Having previously acted as the lettings agent for the 11-unit site and achieving more than 60% occupancy, PPH Commercial has now been instructed to oversee every aspect of the modern hybrid development.
