A Leeds digital design agency which has taken just over 5,684 sq ft of office space after winning a number of large public sector projects.

Hippo Digital has taken the space at Aireside House on Aire Street. Carter Towler secured the letting on behalf of Addington Capital Fund.

Darragh Murdock, of Hippo Digital,  said: “The move to Aireside House will help support our business expansion as we continue to experience a phenomenal growth in demand for our services.

“We are adding a number of co-working spaces too and there’s going to be a bar and free-to-use event venue. We really want to give something back to Leeds’ digital community.”

Carter Towler’s letting senior surveyor Philip Shopland-Reed said: “We are delighted that Hippo Digital has chosen to relocate here. The central location close to the station, parking facilities and contemporary interior were all important factors.

“Aireside House has been extensively refurbished with many new contemporary features being added enhancing the fabulous original character of building.  Whilst the landlord has completed the first floor upgrade, Hippo Digital is restyling the ground floor to suit their own specific requirements.”
