Global medical firm moves into 69,000 sq ft warehouse
Sterigenics has moved into its new 69,000 sq ft building at Markham Vale, with the creation of 30 new jobs.
Markham Vale is a 200-acre industrial and logistics development located at Junction 29a of the M1 in Derbyshire, a joint venture between Henry Boot Developments (HBD) and Derbyshire County Council. It offers a unique opportunity for businesses looking for direct motorway access coupled with high-quality, purpose-built premises.
Sterigenics’ extensive new facility has undergone a high-tech fit-out that saw the installation of state-of-the-art medical and research sterilisation equipment.
The company joins existing occupiers including Great Bear, Gist and Ferdinand Bilstein UK.

Markham Vale has 27 acres of land remaining, able to accommodate a range of units from 2,500 sq ft to 300,000 sq ft.
