23,000 sq ft warehouse unit launches to market

A 23,000 sq ft warehouse unit at Gildersome Link in Morley is being launched to the market, which will be available from July this year.
The unit comprises a two-bay steel portal frame unit with an adjoining two-storey office. There are also two ground level loading doors into the warehouse.
Situated on a self-contained plot on Nepshaw Lane South, the unit has close access to Junction 27 of the M62.
Acting on behalf of an institutional landlord, GVA’s industrial team in Leeds is marketing the facility.
Rob Oliver from GVA said: “Given the low levels of availability in the market at the current time, we are very optimistic about this new instruction and we’re pleased with the early level of interest that we have received.
“We have been instructed to market the unit on a leasehold basis, but our client may also consider a freehold sale, so the options are flexible.”
