Accountancy firm completes renovation of listed city centre building

Renovation works have now been completed at a Grade-II listed building in Hull city centre, which is the headquarters of 360 Chartered Accountants.

Four years ago the firm bought and renovated number 19 Albion Street as its new headquarters.  The Georgian townhouse was fully restored, while the interior of the property now features new office space.

360 Chartered Accountants then went on to acquire the Georgian house next door once it came onto the market to cater for the firm’s expansion plans. 18 Albion Street has now been fully restored.

The accountancy firm now includes four sister businesses – 5Four Payroll, 360 Mentor, 360 Finance Talent and 360 Wealth Management.

Andy Steele, managing director and founder of 360, said: “With an ever-increasing client base and our increased workforce, the need to expand was paramount. We were thrilled when the premises next door went up for sale at just the right moment. Over the last few months we have knocked through to form a new and improved space.

“While the outside has been sensitively restored, inside we have continued the modern, contemporary style throughout which is, of course, fitted out with the latest technology, including KC Lightstream.  In addition, we now have more meeting rooms, an area for client seminars and staff training, more office space for the team and more car parking.

The renovation work was completed by local firm Flex, while the IT installation was carried out by PCSC, based in Scunthorpe.
