Family law firm launches in Yorkshire

A new family firm has launched in Yorkshire, with offices in Leeds city centre and Wetherby.

Invalesco Family Law, founded by Emma Davison and Sally Baber, plans to grow its staff numbers in the coming 12 months. Between them, Davison and Baber have more than 30 years’ experience in the sector.

Davison said: “We wanted to draw on our knowledge and bring the best of our combined experiences in the service we provide to our clients. Whatever their legal issue, the common theme is that people want accessible, clear, and tailored advice that just gets the job done.”

The team at Invalesco often advises high-net-worth clients or those with businesses, property portfolios, pensions or trusts to consider.

Baber added: “Our clients come from differing backgrounds, ages and often with a range of complex, financial or other problems they need to resolve. We acknowledge that everyone’s circumstances and motivations are different, and wanted to offer a flexible, first-class service that is tailored to the individual.

“It is all too easy to underestimate the life-changing impact a separation or divorce can have on a person.  Whether it is the loss of a companion, a change in housing, financial security or the arrangements for children, the effects can be far-reaching. In a fast-paced society, where there are increasing demands on a person’s time, Invalesco aims to make the process of separation or divorce that little bit easier.”

Taken from the Latin ‘to gather strength, become stronger’, Invalesco has built its foundations on being able to provide a service, recognising the need for flexibility and accessibility.
