Work completed on city centre office refurbishment
Work has now been completed on the refurbishment of an office development in York city centre.
The 5,500 sq ft office space, located on Museum Street, has been fully modernised to include open plan offices, communal areas and new air conditioning and lighting systems. There is also parking available for the offices.
The building also includes Costa Coffee and eight retail and café units in total, and was part of a £53.3m acquisition of the RT Warren portfolio in 2017.
Savills and Stapleton Waterhouse have been appointed as commercial agents and marketing has now started on the property.
Neil Sinclair, CEO of Palace Capital, said: “These offices have been absolutely transformed into prime space that offers a great opportunity for businesses wanting to be in the heart of the city, in a fantastic modern environment.”
The refurbishment work was carried out by Key Property Services, part of the Bowmer and Kirkland Group.
