Plans in for speculative scheme

Trebor Developments and Hillwood have submitted a reserved matters planning application for their two-unit industrial speculative scheme at Aero Centre Doncaster.
Following exchange of contracts with Peel Land and Property (Peel L&P) for the site, Trebor Hillwood will work with Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council on securing planning for the Avion scheme suitable for manufacturing or distribution uses.
The units of 45,876 sq ft and 59,159 sq ft will be developed over the next 12 months, providing industrial accommodation suitable for B1/B2 and B8 uses.
Bob Tattrie, managing partner for Trebor Developments, said: “We look forward to working with the planning authority and other representatives to secure planning and proceeding with speculative development to deliver mid-range quality units, which will be attractive to a variety of occupiers.”
Trebor Developments and Hillwood are represented by Knight Frank in Sheffield and Commercial Property Partners.
