20,000 sq ft of city centre office space hits the market

20,000 sq ft of office space at Dearing House in Sheffield has come to the market following a refurbishment scheme.

Named after the late Baron Dearing, the property was constructed for UfI, with this being the first time the property has been available since it was converted from its original use as the document factory.
