Growing glazing business relocates to larger premises

A North Yorkshire glazing firm which has seen its domestic product sales increase by more than 50% has moved to premises double the size of its previous base.

Fenetek, in Northallerton, is a fabricator of fenestration products for the commercial and domestic glazing industry. The company has invested in new machinery and staff as well as a bigger site.

Fenetek has worked for clients such as Starbucks, Marks & Spencer and Jo Malone has now shifted to bigger premises in Mile House Business Park. This property also has a dedicated showroom.

Managing Director James Lagan, said: “The move is not just for practical reasons, it’s part of our strategy to provide a better customer service, including improved delivery times and better facilities.

“We’re really excited to soon be able to open our showroom to the public, so customers are able to see the excellent finishes and quality before ordering.

“With the increase in demand and new premises, we have taken on an Operations Manager, Kate Lagan, who will not only maintain the smooth running of the company, but will put her marketing degree to good use in promoting and spreading the good word of Fenetek.”
