A19 closed in North Yorkshire

The A19 is currently closed from its junction with the A61/A168 (Thirsk) to the A684 (Ellerbeck) with delays of at least 15 minutes covering several miles of the northbound carriageway.

This closure is due to a vehicle fire and Highways England has resources deployed assisting the fire service.
