9.8-acre site with permission for homes goes on the market
Land in North Lincolnshire with planning permission for 78 houses is being sold by a property consultancy.
The site, next to Seven Lakes Country Park in Ealand near Scunthorpe, is being put on the market on a freehold basis by Fisher German.
The 9.8-acre site is situated close to one of the park’s lakes, and is 400 metres from Crowle Railway Station.
Matthew Handford, Development Surveyor at Fisher German’s Ashby office, said: “This is an excellent opportunity to acquire a site in a desirable part of Lincolnshire with strong potential for development.
“Ealand is a highly sought-after part of the county, and this site’s direct proximity to a lake makes it unique.
“It also has great links by road and rail to Scunthorpe, which has several retail parks, supermarkets, banks, and restaurants.
“We anticipate a lot of interest, so we would encourage anyone interested in purchasing the land to get in touch as soon as possible.”
