Trio of businesses secure 10-year leases on industrial units

Three industrial units have been successfully let on a 10-year lease in the Lower Don Valley area of Sheffield – totalling 53,000 sq ft of let space.

A total of 6,272 sq ft has been let to car parts supplier Andrew Page; another 6,343 sq ft  let to railroad contractor Volker Rail; and the final unit of 41,090 sq ft being let to sportswear supplier Kitlocker.

Property consultancy Commercial Property Partners, which acted on behalf of Ackroyd & Abbott, announced that the lettings now take the space to 100% on Stevenson Way.

Max Pickering from CPP said: “We are delighted that we have successfully let all three of the industrial units at Stevenson Way. With a strong location in the Steel City, we’re sure that Andrew Page, Volker Rail and Kitlocker will all continue to thrive in their new premises.

“These new lettings are a show of confidence in both Sheffield and Yorkshire for the industrial sector, and we’re confident that the rest of 2019 is set of continue this trend.”
