Expanding marketing business lets third site in steel city

Sheffield based Ant Marketing has secured a third base – totalling 9,000 sq ft  – to support its growth.

The firm has let a former car showroom on Bramall Lane, in a deal brokered by Commercial Property Partners (CPP).

Ant Marketing is one of the UK’s top telemarketing companies, conducting marketing, research, sales and customer service programmes for its clients, and this recent letting will now see them operate from Bramall Lane, Victoria Quays and their head office on St Mary’s Gate.

The newest 9,000 sq ft property, which comprises of a modern glass fronted showroom facility with first floor office space, has been snapped up by the company on a six-year lease, with the option to purchase.

The property benefits a total site area of 0.85 acres, with access from both Bramall Lane and Alderson Road, reflecting a low site coverage of 20%.
