Managed services and operations firm to expand its Leeds base

A managed services and operations provider has further expanded its service centre in Leeds City Centre.

Efficient Frontiers International (EFI), which partners with large corporate and retail banking clients across the UK and Europe to deliver financial crime prevention and efficient operational support  has grown substantially since launching in 2017.

It has a presence in both the UK and mainland Europe and the majority of EFI’s team will now be based in Leeds. EFI is planning to invest in growth further, recruiting up to 50 additional staff, in order to fulfil its ambition of becoming an industry leader in the Managed Services Operations sector.

Neil Tansley, EFI’s CEO, said: “We were delighted to choose Leeds as the location of our service centre. Providing high value jobs amongst the wealth of expertise in the Northern region. With both a fantastic network of highly skilled companies and access to huge pool of talented people, at every level, Leeds was an obvious choice.

“The North is an ideal location to attract and develop real talent. EFI has developed a structured graduate scheme, which allows our talent to develop their professional and soft skills at every step of the way, as they become future leaders of our organisation.”

With so many Fintech companies setting up across Leeds and Manchester, in addition to traditional banks, EFI will be joined by a strong network of partners, who all recognise the enormous potential that the region can bring to the UK’s economy. EFI will continue to add value to the powerhouse by supporting the talent and organisations across the North and beyond.”
