Developer creating self-build residential scheme

Prospective home buyers are being offered a new build development with the freedom of a self-build opportunity in Harrogate thanks to a Wetherby house builder.

The scheme, which is being delivered by property developer, Berkeley DeVeer, is sited in the Rossett Green area of the town, with houses set to achieve a projected market value of more than £2m.

The submission of reserved matters consent for this project is the culmination of years of work by the housebuilder to develop plans for this suburb, which is two miles south of the town centre.
