Next phase of development to begin at residential scheme

Gregory Robinson Developments has announced plans for a third phase of development at its new homes scheme in Eccleshill, Bradford.

Just two homes remain for sale at Hutton Hall where construction of phase two completed earlier this month allowing buyers to move in before Christmas.

Hutton Hall is located off Victoria Road in the village and currently provides a cluster of 18, two and three-bedroom family homes. Phase three will add a further 11 homes, seven of which will comprise four bedrooms with spacious gardens and some with garages. Construction is expected to start early in the New Year.

Hutton Hall is a joint venture between Gregory Property Group and Robinson Developments.

Andrew Foggitt, development director at Gregory Property Group, said: “We are delighted to report good sales and a commitment to phase three at Hutton Hall.

“The development has proved popular due to good schools and amenities in the local area, and is well placed. It is also well situated for commuting with Apperley Bridge railway station close by and Bradford city centre only a short distance away.”

John Robinson, director at Robinson Developments, added: “The new community emerging at Hutton Hall is a mix of first-time buyers, young professionals and families, all from the immediate area.  The Help to Buy proposition allowing a deposit of just 5% has proved to be a major incentive to buyers and we are delighted to commit to phase three.”

The new homes at Hutton Hall have been designed to complement the architecture of Eccleshill village, while meeting the needs of modern living.
